Great course, hands on in allowing us to get involved, answered all questions we had and was very knowledgeable. Powerpoint was very informative and didn’t feel like trainer read off the screen but was able to talk about real life scenarios. I was worried about just being sat for 2 days and not picking up what was being taught, how wrong I was! Highly recommend!

Trainer was brilliant, everything you need to know and good teaching ability. Training centre was very clean, coffee was nice and buffet was lovely.

Excellent trainer. He presented the course well and at a great pace and it was enjoyable. He made sure we were all happy and went out of his way to help me with my dyslexia. Thanks I really enjoyed it.

This is the best delivery of this course that I have been on. Very good trainer who made everything easy to understand. Made it much better that he has hands on experience in this line of work and can teach from experience and a wealth of knowledge!
